Ian is back with us this week as we talk about what we've been watching and doing in the last 7 days. The usual selection of random topics and thoughts from the team!

After our unplanned break (due to technical difficulties!) Richard and Jay are back. This week they talk about social distancing and other random things as well as looking back at some of the less glamourous experiences of working in radio. 

This week Rich and Jay talk about times where you've been mistaken for someone elese and revisit some previous "road trips" to Alton Towers which didn't go entirely as planned. And the podcast would not be complete without Jason's "joke" of the week.

Ian is back this week and we are joined by another college friend who foolishly hasn't changed their mobile number meaning we could still get in touch. We look back at our clubbing days in the early 90's this week and find out what everyone has been watching and doing in the last 7 days.

Ian is away again this week so Helen joins Richard and Jason. After last weeks educational podcast, we return to the usual random stuff to talk about. We remember school days and the games we used to play at break time and remember some embarrasing first times (no, not that).

Ian isn't with us this week so our other friend Helen makes up the trio. We talk about getting ready for the 11-plus exam and understanding the questions! We also discuss giving and receiving really bad presents and embarrassing things out kids have said in public!

Following a recent UK-wide poll, we are talking about our favourite albums from the 1990's this week. Some of us even managed to remember the names of the singers! We also look some of our favourite 90's TV shows and our failed attempts to get on them. A sporty theme to this weeks Podcast.  As sport begins to resume after the lockdown, we talk about the best and worst sporting events or occasions we have been to and discuss some of our own personal sporting humiliations!
