This time, we're setting sail into the world of pirate media while tasting three beers from Redbeard Brewing Company in Staunton, Virginia. We were pleasantly surprised by Redbeard's selection and picked three dark, rich beers that were right up our alley—with no IPA in sight!

And before we sail off into the sunset, we reveal which Redbeard beers each of us preferred. Jeff went with the Watson, while Nick and Alexander both gravitated toward the Gizmo.

What fictional food would you actually want to eat? 🍽️🐹 In Episode 28, the Three Hamster Boys explore fantastical feasts from Dungeons & Dragons, Willy Wonka, Toriko, Redline, Abiotic Factor, Scooby-Doo, Delicious in Dungeon, and Greek mythology—all while tasting three white wines and debating their favorite pairings. Expect magical meals, monster soup, space lettuce, Scooby Snacks, and plenty of wine-fueled tangents! 🍷 

In this episode of the Three Hamster Boys Podcast, brothers Alexander and Nick, along with their dad Jeff ("Jeff the dad"), sip their way through moonshine cocktails made with Hilltop Distillery's blackberry moonshine (from Goochland County, VA) while debating the most iconic cars in movie and TV history. Across three drink-and-talk segments, they mix a peanut-butter-whiskey "PB&J" shot, a blackberry lemonade, and a pineapple-chili "Southern Spice" cocktail — rating each along the way — while covering car picks ranging from the Flintstones' foot-powered stone car and the Magic School Bus, to the 1966 Adam West Batmobile, the Mystery Machine from Scooby-Doo, Herbie the Love Bug, Stephen King's Christine, the anime racer Redline, the DeLorean from Back to the Future, and the Regalia from Final Fantasy XV. It's a laid-back mix of local spirits tasting and nostalgic pop-culture debate, with genuine father-son banter throughout. 

Spoiler alert!! This episode is about character twists in media and if you haven't seen these shows it will spoil a pivotal point. However Nick did not think anyone had seen one of the animes he selects, Princess Principal.
