Our guest today packs a big punch! I know this first hand because I’ve witnessed her kick ass in the boxing ring AND serve up work outs that feel like you’ve gotten your ass kicked in the boxing ring… You can find her around Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, showing us all up with her fitness routines- running up and down the Nippert Stadium steps- yes, she does this voluntarily- coaching a helluva boxing, strength and cardio work out, sparring, crushing pull ups, and racing around town with her fur baby- and doing all of this with a huge smile and sun-shiney attitude! She’s a badass, she leaves my muscles sore and begging for mercy every time I train with her, she’s a newlywed, she’s Andi’s latest girl crush, please welcome- Maria Drankov!
