Today's mantra is "Thy Will Be Done. The Light has Won!" Even though I normally sing sanskrit mantras - english mantras can be very powerful too! This mantra is inspired by my teacher, Liana Shanti, and everything she teaches. Sovereignty, surrender, power, Jesus, peace! Darkness is not connected to source and therefore, the Light has already won. My teacher is a powerful advocate for victims of abuse, and she has taught me how to use my voice and speak up, while surrendering to the fact that I am not in control.

Today's mantra is Om Mani Padme Hum - it is a Buddhist mantra that means, "the Jewel in the Lotus." It's a mantra of wisdom enlightenment, but I also see it as a mantra of forgiveness. The lotus grows out of the mud and is not tarnished by the mud. It's a reminder that mud can be transformed into something beautiful, and you are always fresh and new.
