This mantra is the “response” portion of a longer prayer known as the Devi Suktam. It is all about gratitude and praise for Divine Feminine. This melody is from my Gratitude mantra collection, which you can find on Spotify!

Namastasyei Namo Namah means, “I bow. Over and over, I bow.”

I really love this prayer, because it helps me connect with the divine feminine that was missing for a large part of my life!

In Sanskrit, “hare” is the feminine form of the Divine. Krishna means, “the attractive one.” And Rama is the pleasure of life.

This mantra is all about joy and fully experiencing life! It also reminds me of how profound it was when I finally understood that we are the center of our own Universe.

Liana Shanti goes into this in detail in Module 5 of her Healing from Narcissistic Abuse program. It helps to understand the quantum physics aspect of what “the attractive one” means!

Welcome to Episode 328 of the 3 Minute Mantra Podcast with Aaralyn Shiri! Today's mantra is Ganesha Sharanam.

Ganesh has the head of an elephant, and represents the removal of obstacles - just blasting things out of the way, making it easy for you! You can easily picture the ease with which elephants clear the way!

The word “sharanam” means refuge in Sanskrit. So this mantra as a whole, to me, reminds me to take refuge in my heart. And I ask for obstacles cleared that might be in the way of having that unconditional love for myself.

Lakshmi is the Hindu goddess of abundance, beauty and lushness! She represents the ever expanding aspect of the divine. In this episode, I talk about the abundance teachings of Liana Shanti - as Jesus taught.

I have personally run into many people who say that Jesus taught POVERTY. Jesus wouldn’t have charged! People should help others for free! And in my businesses, I have a few people (not many), that accuse me of being greedy, just doing things for the money and why am I not giving things away for free.

What I’ve learned from Liana is that we are meant to be abundant. And how are we supposed to help anyone or donate to anyone, if we don’t have MONEY!!! Makes no sense to me now.

Use this mantra to focus on feeling abundant while you sing. Or focus on areas that maybe don’t feel abundant and try to break them up with the sound of your voice.
