Ever since the Karen episode we've been asked about the male version.  Well we think it's Nick.  He doesn't just want to talk to the manager, he wants the whole staff listed on the menu.  In a blog article, restaurant critic Nick Lander suggests how everyone can better cater to his needs.  This deserved some attention so it's more like a Double Shot.
