I am so excited to share with you my very special guest today, one of my current mastermind clients, Sofie. Sofie and I have been working together for a little over 12 months now as she journeyed through Radical Transformation, then True Self Experience and is now in my mastermind (which you can only join when you’ve completed TSE). 

Sofie is a busy working mum who lives in NSW with her husband and two young children. Sofie loves getting outside in nature, trying new things and is passionate about her own growth and personal development journey. She now realises the importance of filling up her own cup in order to be the best parent, wife and version of herself. 

In this episode Sofie shares her journey before she discovered coaching, and then chats to us about her experience in True Self Experience and the shifts and changes she’s witnessed in herself. 

Some of these shifts include: 

• Acknowledging everything that was keeping her stuck and releasing it 
• Her ability to now fill up her own cup (without feeling guilty)
• The confidence she’s found within herself
• The difference between how she used to react to situations compared to now.
