On this episode, Jenn & Lisa sit down with fashion model and icon Lameka Fox to discuss the crazy world of social media. Lameka answers questions and shares her viewpoints on the pro's, con's and changes that social media has made to our society throughout the past decade. From sharing her own personal story to discussing her opinion and viewpoints on the crazy Netflix doc, "The Social Dilemma", Lameka brings an encouraging and refreshing view to those that struggle with Social Media and feel like they can't keep up or they just aren't good enough.

It's that time of the month again . . . time for our monthly murder feature. In this episode Jenn tells the cringeworthy story of David Parker Ray aka "The Toy Box Killer". On top of being a kidnapper, torturer, rapist, and serial killer; Ray's claim to fame (or infamy) was that he did all of this in a soundproof trailer and created an eerie "introduction" tape that he played for all of his victims. Listen to the gruesome details of his tape, if you dare.

In this episode we do a deep dive into what married life is like in the 20th century. Much like Jurassic Park, it seems wonderful at first but oh you're in for a wild ride! Our very own co-host, Jenn, spills all the tea on her marriage from topics like, social media impact, stereotypical gender roles, in-law drama, sex life, and the things that irk her the most about her husband. If you're married, this is a MUST LISTEN, and if you're not, also a MUST LISTEN, so you can answer for yourself, "is the grass really greener on the other side?".

Every fourth episode, Jenn & Lisa dive into the story behind some of their favorite serial killers. For the first monthly murder we decided to start from the beginning with the OG himself, very first serial killer - H.H. Holmes. Best known as being the beast of Chicago by killing over 200 people within a timespan of 2-3 years. Without being able to reference from other serial killers or google on what to do - H.H. Holmes used various methods of killing that he himself dreamt up on his own.

Let's talk about sex baby, let's talk about you and me! The topic of sex and sex toys should not be uncomfortable and frowned upon. In fact, in this episode, Jenn & Lisa take you through some of their favorite detailed and highly descriptive sex toy reviews to show you just how normal this topic should be. It's not ALL fun and games - they add a little pep talk along with tips and tricks and words of encouragement if you need that extra boost to bring these little buzzing toys into your life (or the bedroom.) Just because you're thirty and not thriving doesn't mean your sex life should be boring or non-existent.

What is the biggest difference between going out in your early 20's versus going out in your late 20's / early 30's? Not much, just about fucking everything. Listen to how Jenn & Lisa explain the struggle they are torn between of being more of a "Lily" or more of a "Courtney" (descriptions explained in the episode), along with the excuses they used to give in their early 20's just to go out and blackout compared to the excuses they make now to say no, stay in, and netflix and chill with their dogs.
