In this episode Doug talks about taking a step back from all of the spiritual crutches that we've come to rely on to make our lives go smoother, and realise the real power in our lives lies within us not in those external things not in what were we eat, not in numerology, tarot, astrology, energy clearing etc. Doug uses some of these things and more, but he doesn't want you to rely on and put your power in these things, he wants you to realise where your true power comes from.
