Happy Sacred Sunday, blissiners! It’s episode 31 of Bliss'n Up!

Today is a super special Sacred Sunday because it's December 1st, and there's something magical about the first of the month landing on a Sunday. We get to set our intentions not just for the week, but for the entire month, and it's truly a powerful way to kick things off.

This practice allows us to be intentional and align our energies with our goals and desires.

I am also sharing the significance of living in tune with the seasons. Inspired by my friend Michelle Villalobos, I explore how different times of the year call for different energies and focus.

While we’re stepping into the winter season—a time traditionally associated with stillness, dreaming, and receptivity—there's also room for bold action depending on our unique circumstances and environments.
