Today’s episode dives into November’s theme, Nesting November, and explores the metaphor of the nest as it relates to our lives.
I discovered three key elements to have a good nest:
Size.
Strength.
Softness.
Together, we’ll unpack how to apply these principles so that you may create a nest that supports your life.
On this sacred Sunday, with Thanksgiving just around the corner, I’m reflecting on the beauty of a holiday that encourages us to gather and give thanks for what we have, where we are, and how far we’ve come.
Today I'd like to give thanks to you for listening to this podcast and for being a part of my community.

This Sacred Sunday I’m opening up about those moments when life feels overwhelming—when fear, uncertainty, and high emotions take over. You know the ones: whether it’s a personal crisis or the collective tension (like election season), it’s hard to find your footing. I’m sharing three principles that have personally helped me through those “hold-your-breath” times. These aren’t just tips; they’re tools I’ve leaned on to feel more grounded, clear, and in control. If you’re craving a way to steady yourself and move forward with purpose, this one’s for you. Let’s work through it together.

Today, I'm diving into the story behind one of my personal traditions—Sacred Sunday. Ever had a habit, nickname, or tradition that’s become so ingrained you assume everyone knows its meaning? Well, it hit me recently when a friend asked why I call Sundays “sacred.” I realized I’d never really explained it, so here we are!

Today, I’m diving into one of my favorite life practices: setting monthly intentions. At the start of each month, I take time to reflect on the past month and establish a theme or "North Star" for the new one. This practice has been transformative for me and my clients, helping us live with more focus and mindfulness.
Last month’s theme, "Close the Loop October," was about tying up loose ends in a practical sense—but it also surprised me by revealing emotional and identity loops that needed closure. It reminded me that closing loops isn’t just about productivity; it's about letting go of identities that no longer serve us. This month, I’m moving into "Nesting November." Like birds preparing a safe, cozy place for growth, I'm focusing on nurturing connections and creating foundations in my life—from family time to finances and business planning. Join me as we reflect, set intentions, and prepare for 2025 with purpose and care.

Today, I open up about one of those days we all dread—the kind where everything just seems to go wrong. I share my experience of being caught in a nasty negative energy loop, where every moment felt like it was piling onto the last. We’ve all been there, right? So, I take you through how I managed to shift that energy and break free from the spiral. It’s about finding ways to prevent that negativity from spreading and, ultimately, not letting a bad day take over. Join me as I explore practical ways to regain control over our moods and rediscover that bliss—even when the day feels anything but blissful."
