With the Oscars still fresh in our memories, and its affirmation of fish/human love ringing throughout the land, we take a look at another pair of star-crossed lovers, namely Shakespeare and some girl, in the Academy Award winning film SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE! Starring Joseph Fiennes and Gwyneth Paltrow, as well as Ben Affleck, Geoffrey Rush, Imelda Staunton, Simon Callow, Colin Firth and a bunch of other actors who probably wish they were doing actual Shakespeare, this movie stirred a sense of romance in our adolescent hearts, but how does it hold up hence?
