In this brewing video we're making a wheat beer. Motueka is a new hop for me. I have not used this in a homebrew. Motueka is a New Zealand hop. This hop should have tropical fruit and citrus. They say it works well in sweet, malty and fruity hopbrews. Lets see how it does with White wheat and honey malt.
