We take a look at homebrew number 5 in our small batch 2 hop series. This homebrew is Cascade Centennial with Vienna malt. With making some smash beers with Vienna malt I wanted to see if we could bring some toasted bread to this homebrew.

Next up in our homebrewing 2 hop series is Cascade Centennial with Cherry Wood Smoked Malt. This is batch number 4 in our 2 hop series. This all grain biab homebrew is using 2 LBs 4 oz of 2-Row then 4 oz of cherry wood smoked malt.

Smash beers can be a way for a homebrewer to test new malts and hops. In this small batch brewing series, we are brewing smash beers. This will be a grain to glass so we will go over the all-grain recipe and the tasting of this homebrew.

Next up in our small batch smash series is NZ Pacific Jade smash. This is the second tasting of this homebrew. This homebrew is a single hop single malt beer.
