SMaSH beers can be fun for a new home brewer to make. With only a single malt and single hop, there is not a lot that can go wrong. This homebrew is using 100% wheat and Sorachi Ace hops. This is a small batch to see what Sorachi Ace brings to the table

Homebrews can change over time. The malt or hops could take over. In my homebrew small batch smash series we are seeing what happens to homebrews overtime. This is the second tasting of Lemondrop hops using Pilsner and Vienna Malt.

First wort hopping can help smooth out the hops you are using. Today we are going to taste 2 home brews side by side both of witch are using FWH. Both homebrews are using the late addition hops as the FWH. So the only difference is the 60 min addition.

Nothing like a short brew day. This No Boil NE IPA is just that no boil. You can take your water up to 170 add your DME then cool it down and be done. In this No Boil NE IPA I use Citra, Amarillo, and Azacca hops. This is a small batch.

Bare Hands Brewery Strawberry Mango Milkshake DIPA is a double ipa with Strawberry, Mango, Vanilla Bean, and Milk Sugar. This craft beer is 8.1% ABV.

Founders Brewing Underground Mountain Brown is a Double Brown Ale by style. Underground Mountain Brown is made with sumatra coffee and aged in caves below Grand Rapids for a year. Underground Mountain Brown by Founders is 11.9% ABV and 30 IBUS.

Big Lake Brewing Cotton Candy Haze is a New England style IPA. This craft beer is 5.5% ABV. In this beer review, we will review the color, smell, and taste of this craft beer.

Pigeon Hill Brewing Double Dunes DIPA is a Double IPA by style. This craft beer should be a hop bomb with honey, pine and stone fruit. Pigeon Hill Brewing Double Dunes DIPA is 9.4% ABV and 90 IBUS.
