Next up in our small batch 2 hop series is homebrew 12. This is Cascade Centennial with a whirlpool addition of both cascade and centennial. This homebrew is a small batch brew. The whirlpool addition is done at 170 F for 15 mins.

Smash beers can be fun to make and a way to find out what new malts and hops smell and taste like. In my small batch brewing series we are making a lot of all grain biab smash beers to see what we get.
