Bare Hands Brewery Double Thai.P.A is a double IPA by style. This craft beer takes the standard Thai.P.A and adds more citrus and spice. Spices mingle with amarillo and centennial hops to create a unique balance with american 2-row barley, crystal malt, and rice with a crisp, dry finish. Double Thai.P.A is 10% ABV

Not all homebrews turn out. That's the case with my chinooked ipa. I took my base chinook ipa recipe and just added more dry hops. Today we check in on that homebrew and see if we can find out what went wrong.

In my small batch smash series, we are checking out different hops and malts. Today we are going to have the third tasting of my Sabro smash homebrew. This is a single malt and single hop homebrew. Sabro hops are said to bring coconut to the bee

Today we have a side by side tasting of 2 homebrew beers using whirlpool hops. Both homebrews are using the same whirlpool hops but the hops in the boil are just changed. In my 2 hop series, we are trying out different things to see what we like.

Next, up in my small batch 2 hop series is beer #13 Centennial Cascade with Whirlpool hops. This is an all grain BIAB homebrew. Cascade and Centennial are classic hops that you can find anywhere if you are to home brewing they should be some of the first hops you look at.
