Centennial is super Cascade. Centennial has a lot of grapefruit notes in it. I wanted to see how well it would do with 100% Wheat so I made a small batch to see how it did. This is the first tasting of my Centennial Wheat smash beer.

Next up in our small batch SMaSH series is Chinook leaf. As I grow chinook hops I wanted to see what the difference would be between leaf and pellet hops. I think this kind of test is a good way to find out what the difference is. Smash beers are only using 1 hop and 1 malt so we should be able to see the difference.
