Mrs. Penina Noy is an educational leader with over 20 years of experience, representing the fourth generation of her family’s commitment to Jewish education. From founding schools to transforming fledgling institutions in diverse communities, Penina has been instrumental in fostering environments where every child can thrive. Currently, she plays a pivotal role at The Jewish Education Project and Torah Umesorah’s DLI project, where she coaches and consults on best practices for supporting educators and students. In her role at The Jewish Education Project, Penina is part of an organization that has been a cornerstone of Jewish educational support for over 100 years. Originally established as The Board of Jewish Education, the organization provides professional development, advocacy, and resources to Jewish schools, securing millions in federal funding and ensuring access to exams and nutrition programs.
