In this Episode:
Aaliyah Kissik is an American entrepreneur, beauty queen actress, and Master student at Gies College of Business. She overcame the hardships of foster care and integrating into trans-racial adoption through self development and entrepreneurship. Aaliyah recently retired from the US Army after 3 years of honorable service, where she developed PTSD. As a young adult, Aaliyah navigates the sometime fine boundary of being a victim and victor, and demonstrates that achievement is frequently accompanied by hardships and sacrifice.
