We are in the process of finalizing the sTBI protocol for TCCC. This podcast reviews some  of the controversies in the use of 23.4% NaCl in the field, and how the discussions evolve. In the meantime it is a great review of sTBI and increased ICP(intracranial pressure).  Remember to distinguish between sTBI, increased ICP and herniation.
