Today we revisit Wendy Hooper Ross to conclude our show on the subject of Understanding Fear.

Wendy is an expert in residential real estate (as you discovered in Part One last week), but it is also obvious that Wendy is an expert on life, from both the thinking and feeling perspectives.

Last week we started out to talk about fear in life as we considered four areas: home ownership, relationships, careers, and voting in this next presidential election.

We discussed, in depth, the self-fulfilling negative downward spiral that leads to our frustrating lack of inventory in the real estate market. We talked about managing fear and the need to take risks. And then we concluded the show with a discussion about fear in relationships. We didn't have time to discuss fear in careers and in voting.

Today, in Part Two we chat about those issues.

Yes, we do talk about fear and voting in the presidential election of 2024. The first fear I must confess is My Fear of even mildly broaching the subject of politics on this show. Yikes!
