William E. Vaughan once wrote, "An optimist stays up until midnight to see the new year in. A pessimist stays up to make sure the old year leaves."

There's a lot of truth in Vaughan's statement. Opportunities abound in 2024. What are we doing to welcome them? No doubt there will also be challenges to face, however. The crucial question is how do we face them both and make progress at the same time?
