Dom Skinner, a self described planner was preparing to move from San Francisco, CA to Lisbon, Portugal and was planning on bringing his 12 year old dog Luna with him. After several months of meticulous planning, he decided Air Canada was the best option. He decided on a layover in Toronto, Canada to give his dog a break, and that is when the problems began.
