Our topic today is titled, “A Life Well Lived.” This show will offer most interesting ideas on living boldly from the heart.

Today I’m visiting with Suzanne Barber. Suzanne Barber is a practicing Certified Holistic Nutritionist, an artist, teacher and creator of extremely popular gift cards offered at the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach, CA. But I must admit, I am mostly attracted to Suzanne because she is a fearless adventurer.

Suzanne has recently put together Picture Book of serenity and excitement. Yes, both fit together. The book has two titles: For guests at the Montage Resort it is titled A Life Well Lived and for the mass audience she has titled it A Vibrant Life.

My favorite Suzanne Barber quote is, “Living straight from the heart may not be the safest way, but it is my way.”
