Nothing lights me up more than witnessing someone’s life change as a result of doing inner work. I wanted to share an example of how quickly you can begin completely altering your life simply by actively deciding to invest in yourself.
This episode was inspired by a client who, in less than 2 weeks of working together, is already applying new awareness and knowledge into raising a toddler.
Doing the inner work impacts the way you parent, the way you treat others, the way you manage your employees, the perspectives you hold and the compassion you demonstrate for yourself and others.
