In this episode we feature a portion of a WQRF webinar entitled the WQRF Toolbox talk. In the upcoming segment, the presenter is Jennifer Smith, a Certified Water Specialist, who recently took a new job with Resintech. She is a trainer and consultant for the Water Treatment industry and has been a strong advocate for using research from the Water Quality Research Foundation during staff and client meetings. She’ll focus on the benefits of softened water, primarily looking at the impact of softened water on laundry soap. Later, we’ll have our motivational minute and WQA Tip.
