In this episode of the podcast I discuss what should be included in a prehab / injury prevention program. Prehab in its essence is taking time to build on areas that have been previously injury or areas that are at risk of injury due to the sport / activity you participate in.

Spending weeks on the sideline looking in at a game is not a position anyone wants to be in, especially with the shortened season and competition for places in a team sport.

I explore the difference between in-season & off-season injury prevention training, timing of sessions, as well as what components of fitness should be included in a program.

This one is for anyone who has previously been hampered with injuries in season and wants to get the best out of this year.
