On the morning of March 30th, 1922, 63-year-old Andreas Gruber was walking around his rural farmstead when he noticed a set of foot tracks in the fresh snow. These tracks led from the forest and seemed to move towards his family’s farmhouse. Curiously, or perhaps, disturbingly, they didn’t head back out.

Odd things had been happening at his property lately, and this was just the most recent occurrence of many. Little did Andreas Gruber know, in less than 24-hours, he along with his entire family would all be dead.
