Haters, Naysayers and criticism doesn't have to stop you it can ACTUALLY FUEL YOU FOR GREATNESS. Listen in as we unpack these 5 types of naysayers and will give our take(s), provides some tools and tips to WIN!

1. THEY MIGHT BE RIGHT: Don't take it personal (even if it is). Because it might be true. Who cares if you wrong if you are wrong? Just be ready to accept that they may be right.

2. PROJECTING; It is probably your insecurity that is making you mad. Or it their insecurity and projected it on you.

3. ENVY; Human beings are flawed by design. This one is a lot like projecting. The more you are tuned in with who you are the more you can tune out the 'noise' and the hate.

4. ATTENTION SEEKERS: People will leverage you and your feelings to gain attention for themselves. Adults are nothing more than grown up kids.
