Hey Gorgeous,
Are you team pajama days or team get dressed all the way no matter what? There is nothing wrong with either perspective.
But today, I’m specifically talking to my pajama mamas. You know who you are…if some days the thought of wearing real clothes is just too much, then this episode is for you.
I have long been an advocate of pajama days, recovery days, introvert days, whatever you want to call them. Over time they have decreased, but in certain seasons I still find myself reverting back to that comfort.
Instead of living my life in frumpy pajamas, I have made it a priority to have lounge pajamas that I really love that make me feel good.
In this episode I’m sharing why it’s ok to be a pajama fan, and why you should focus instead on curating a collection of loungewear that you love, so you can avoid that grumpy frumpy feeling.
