There are few places in the world that should offer more comfort and security than the refuge known as the bedroom. As an adult, if one is lucky, it's a place of rest, intimacy and a glorious relief from the stresses of the day. But for a child—especially in the black of night—the bedroom can be less a sanctuary and more a chamber of horrors filled with unspeakable entities; some of which are no doubt imaginary… and others that are all-too real.
