Karen and Rob chat with 3* Event Rider Jenny Caras.  This interview covered our normal format but took a turn towards the competitive mindset and how the pressure of competition almost got the best of Jenny.  Jenny talked about the gradual spiral into self doubt and fear of failure.  Fortunately Jenny found the help she needed to get her mind game back, and back to earning Blue ribbons.  This is a very personal story Jenny shared that we are sure will be very helpful to anyone struggling under the pressure of Eventing.
