In today's episode, we share how a team activity at the top of a mountain triggered our broken soundtrack that takes us back to where it all started in high school.

We encourage you to discover your broken soundtracks, and then we give you the tools to help you replace and repeat them with positive ones.

Happiness Homework:
1. What is your broken soundtrack you keep playing over and over again.
2. Ask yourself the following 3 questions:
Is it true? Is it helpful? Is it kind?
3. Apply the 3 Rs:
Retire, Replace, and Repeat
