Rachael's career journey led her to create this business so nurses would have the opportunity for quality training and development that strengthens communication and builds confidence in the stressful of healthcare. Rachael also discusses knowledge transfer versus skill transfer. Rachael Murray is a neonatal nurse practitioner in California. She worked in the NICU as a new grad RN. After exploring other specialties, she became a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in 2011. Her interest in training and professional development led her to become a certified Dale Carnegie Master Trainer. She has facilitated hundreds of programs and coached thousands of professionals across many different industries. With the vision of combining two loves and helping her profession, she  started Elevate Nurses LLC.
