The surprise came when he compared his number with his wife’s. They were miles apart, and the news hit him like a bombshell. That was when Phil decided that he would begin fighting for his relationship with his wife, and that he would not stop until he had made it a 10.
Phil’s recent book, Habits of Heroic Husbands, is a summary of what he did that actually worked. Along the journey, he left his unfulfilling career as an optometrist to help other men who found themselves in a similar boat.

The question she get asked most often is "why sell your 5 bedroom home (which was minutes walk from one of New Zealand’s most beautiful beaches) and a successful chiropractic clinic, to move across the world to live in a government town?!"
In truth, the answer for Sally is deep dissatisfaction.
It was hard for her to admit that, because, of course there were other reasons. In her words:"If I’m really honest, the biggest reason for leaving was that nothing in my life ever quite measured up. I disliked my law career (boring!), part-time work in my husband’s clinic wasn’t enough, my successful women’s wellness events were great, however, I personally wasn’t making a large enough impact and the beach town we lived in was ‘too small' - For years and years, I searched for the holy grail of life satisfaction. I looked for meaning. I wanted purpose.
Listen as Dr Frazer and Sally talk about finding meaning and purpose in life and thuys creating a blueprint of your dreams.
