The third spinoff series of the 70x Emmy Award-Winning series “The Walking Dead,” “Tales of the Walking Dead” will follow individual characters in each episode, telling the story of how they attempt to survive in a post-apocalyptic world filled with zombies. Viewers will get to experience a world that they are already captivated by via a new lens and get to know new storylines within that universe, bringing a fresh perspective to this show. The founding partners of VHS are two young and enthusiastic designers, Vy Truong and Han Dang, who share a combined 10 years of experience within the design field, across a variety of scales and sectors, including hospitality, commercial, education, and residential design.

With a distinct focus on residential and commercial projects, they aim to create informed spaces through creative designs and interesting storytelling to produce a provocative outcome that goes beyond just chasing trends.

Michelin-starred chef, Shin Thompson, will helm Niku X’s exquisite fine-dining menu and tasting experience this Fall at The Wilshire Grand Center in Downtown Los Angeles.

Shin, originally from Chicago, relocated to LA, where he will work alongside Chubby Cattle International founders, Haibin Yang and David Zhao. The ambient restaurant boasts their ranch-to-table A5 Wagyu that comes from their privately-owned Wagyu farms, located in Texas and California. Chef Shin will also be responsible for Niku X’s exquisite tasting menu which will incorporate artisanal ingredients and rare, locally grown Japanese produce. Every aspect of the exclusive menu will be overseen by Shin himself and likely to change according to season.
