Hilary Constable is a writer, event host, and HR professional with over 20 years of business experience—and a passion for helping people do the work that truly matters. As the founder of Constable HR, Hilary has led projects across nonprofits, municipalities, and medical practices—building everything from employee handbooks to onboarding systems to compensation analyses.

She's also a speaker at DisruptHR conferences this year, where she’s helping leaders rethink the way we show up at work.
