This week's episode is a solo show.  I discuss a topic I am speaking on in a class I am teaching this week - setting goals for yourself and taking action to complete those goals.  I touch on many things that are important in completing your goals including knowing WHY you want to accomplish these goals and having accountability.  Taking the correct steps for deciding the goals you want to accomplish and how to get there is very important for achieving your goals.
