Kim and Catherine begin a new segment called, "Try Not to Sh*t Yourself." Once a month, they will interview one another. They must each deliver tough, on the spot questions that they will try to answer without any preparation. Much like the discomfort felt being on display in front of their classmates back in middle school, they will confront some of their most dreaded anxieties and biggest fears. But instead of ridicule and judgement, they will be met with compassion, love and understanding. The ladies talk through it all with a friendly, joyful support of one another.

They speak honestly and openly about their insecurities and tough moments, not giving a f*ck what people think. Working through our shame and sharing about the hard stuff helps us grow. That is part of The Weekend Sober's mission - to be honest and authentic. Let's try not to let the opinions of others get in our way.
