I am recording this "solosode" on my 76th birthday, today Sept 16th.

As I have thought about this milestone birthday, it occurs to me that a handful of principles have guided me into a life worth living. I love being old and getting older. I think that has much to do with driving toward some kind of intentionality.

So, I want to talk today about 5 principles that continue to mark my life.
