One month has passed since Lex got admitted to Belle Reve Sanitarium. Clark visits Lex, but ends up inspiring past villains inside to use them to break out. Lionel plans to make his son even worse with electroshock therapy. Lana starts her physical therapy and meets a new boy, Adam, with tons of red flags.
