Jason Yost is a former Creative Arts Director and currently runs an online coaching and wellness business with his wife Shelly. They have over a decade of experience and research in the fields of Sociology, Psychology, Theology, and Physiology.  Shelly and Jason are also the enthusiastic parents of two beautiful and whimsical daughters and live on a farm with a barn in the Northeast part of the United States.
