Shima Aoki is a senior product designer at Prodigy Education, where she leads design on the Tutoring experience. But before she embarked on her career in user experience design, she was a successful editor working at one of the world's top book publishing companies, Penguin Random House.

Leaving an established career to embark on a new path all while raising three young children, Shima is passionate about mentoring and helping others regardless of what stage they are at in their career and life.
