Arsenal and Chelsea have both experienced a surge in first team minutes for academy products, and though we're both delighted about that, the road each club has traveled to arrived at this point has markedly differed. Ebere and Omar dive into the fairly recent history of youth development at our two beloved clubs, lament prospects lost to disinterested managers and loan clubs, and perhaps a bright horizon with several bright and talented stars having broken through.
