Welcome to something familiar and something new on Metafizzical Life. Start with a guided 4-7-8 breathwork technique and stay for my sharing experience from my most recent psilocybin ceremony. 4-7-8 Breathwork technique is wonderful in promoting relaxation, reducing stress & anxiety, managing food cravings, help insomnia, regulate emotions especially anger, and over balancing the mind and body. I have done the 4-7-8 Breathwork technique way back on my first episode. Please go back and revisit the first episode!
Practice 4-7-8 Breathwork twice a day. Once in the morning and at night. Repeat the breathwork technique 4 to 8 cycles. 4 repetitions is for beginners and 8 is for more advanced breathers.
