In this podcast, I will share how emotions are a gift from God. We will explore how to recognize emotions, how to describe and be present with emotions, and observe what happens as you experience your emotions. An important question to ask is... Do your emotions lead you to vice or virtue?

Your emotions are created in your mind. They are dictated by your thoughts, your judgments, your opinions, your views and your outlook on the world. In the Catechism, Our Lord called man’s heart the source from which the passions(emotions) spring.

So, doesn't it make sense to spend time learning about emotions and how they impact your life?
