The craft beer industry has exploded over the last decade. Tonight, Tony and Jeremy bring on a brewer who launched a brand in the post industrial landscape of NE Ohio called Modern Methods (@modernmethodsbrew). They have a conversation about the risk versus the rewards when taking the plunge to into the craft beer world as a profession, as well as, they discuss what it takes to stay creative and now grow complacent along the way.

They've continued to expand their operations to include multiple brewpubs, and even farms to grow all their own ingredients.
