As Susanne said on the podcast, Disney is big on customer service. If you had a negative experience with the box treatment during a character interaction, or you really just don’t agree with this initiative; let Disney know.

Support for the Thirst Project

As part of our podcast plan, each month we will be highlighting a different charity or humanitarian cause as we believe it’s important to bring attention to issues that tie into Disney values. We recorded this podcast episode on the heels of tragically losing Cameron Boyce, who was a part of the Disney family, and an extremely talented actor starring in several shows, and as Carlos De Vil in the Descendants franchise.

Mr. Boyce passed away at the age of 20 from complications related to epilepsy, but in the short time his presence graced this Earth, he created a presence of humanitarianism that many should aspire to replicate. What better way to honor his memory than to share the project he so passionately advocated and raised funds for; The Thirst Project. We hope you will consider checking out the site and making a donation in his honor.

A little about the Thirst Project: It is a nonprofit organization that works with the support of young people to END the global water crisis by building freshwater wells in developing communities that need safe, clean drinking water. Why Water? Health and Sanitation: Waterborne diseases kill more children every single year than AIDS, Malaria, and all world violence combined. Small children typically do not have strong enough immune systems to fight diseases like cholera, dysentery, or schistosomiasis.
