Episode 40 begins our deep dive into human bias and specifically conscious, subconscious and unconscious bias.  

We all have this bias, and we all can benefit from understanding our own and other's biases in the effort to have a more positive individual influence.  

We will challenge the difficult discussion and often time-volatile topic and how we can move this issue forward in its most positive way.
